Al-BayHaqiyy reported according to Ibnu `Abbas that he said: the prophet was born the year of the elephant. One must believe he was born in Makkah and sent as a Messenger therein; he immigrated to al-Madinah and was buried therein ; and he was truthful in everything he told about and conveyed from Allâh.

Laws and Rules of inheritance in Islam
It is invalid to divide the inheritance of a deceased person or to sell the inheritance until the debts and the zakât which was obligatory on him have been fulfilled. Something may be sold to pay off a debt or fulfill the will. The expenses of performing Hajj and `Umrah on behalf of the deceased must be taken out if the Hajj and `Umrah were obligatory on him and he did not perform them. The inheritance is like a collateral held for that purpose.

Hadith: Seven persons are shaded by the shade of the `Arsh Throne
Abu Hurayra narrated that the Prophet said, « On the Day of Judgment Allâh will give the shade of the `Arsh (Throne), to seven, when there will be no shade but the shade of the `Arsh. These seven persons are; a just ruler, a youth who has been brought up in the worship of Allâh, a man whose heart is attached to the mosques, two persons who love each other only for Allâh’s sake and they meet and depart in Allâh’s cause only, a man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for unlawful intercourse with her and says: I am fearful of Allâh, a man who gives charitable gifts so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given, and a person who praises (remembers) Allâh in seclusion( privacy) and his eyes are then flooded with tears. »

The obligation on the believers of fasting RamaDân is known from the Qur’ân and the Hadîth. It was explicitly stated in Verse 183 of Surat Al-Baqarah: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ} which means: « O believers, Fasting is an obligation upon you as it was ordained upon the (Muslim nations) before you–to help you become pious. » Fasting was an obligation upon the nations before the nation of Prophet Muḥammad peace to be upon him, however, fasting the month of RamaDân in particular is a specification for the nation of Prophet Muḥammad peace to be upon him only.
