Warn Against Misguided Groups
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
Imam Al-Bayhaqiyy related the Prophet Muḥammad (Sallallâhu `alayhi wa sallam) said:
« حتى متى ترعونَ عن ذكر الفاجِر اذكروهُ بما فيه حتى يحذرهُ الناس »
which means: « Until when will you hold back from exposing the one who commits enormous sins ? Mention about him that which is in him so the people will be cautioned against him. »
And Prophet Muḥammad said:
« إذا رأيت أمتي تهاب أن تقول للظالم يا ظالم فقد تودّع منهم »
which means: « If you see my nation fearful of telling he who is unjust, "You are unjust" then know the support of Allâh is withdrawn from them. » [Related by Al Hâkim in al Mustadrak]
