The Two Testifications of Faith Meaning
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
One becomes a Muslim by believing in the Two Testifications of Faith and uttering them with the intention of leaving out blasphemy. The Two Testifications of Faith are: I testify that no one is God except God and I testify that Muḥammad is the prophet of God.
If someone does not know how to say Muḥammad he can call the prophet by Abu l-Gaacim: no one is God except God and Abu l-Gaacim is the prophet of God. see: How Does One Become a Muslim ? Convert to Islam
The two testifications of faith in Arabic:
« أَشهَدُ أَن لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ الله وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً رَسُولُ الله »
('ach-hadu 'an lâ 'ilâha 'il-la l-Lâh wa 'ach-hadu 'anna Muḥammadan rasūlu l-Lâh)
which means: “I testify that there is no god except Allāh and I testify that Muḥammad is the messenger of Allāh”
It is not allowed to delay the convert to Islam of the one who wanted to become a Muslim
