the Prophet ṣalla l-Lâhu ʿalayhi wa sallam said which means: "The best of days is the day of ʿArafah" and : ʿArafah atones for the sins of the previous year and the following year.

The Prophet Muḥammad ṣallâ lLâhou `alayhi wa sallam, in the Hadîth related by al-Bukhāriyy, said:
« مَنْ يُرِد اللهُ به خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ في الدِّينِ إِنمَّا العِلْمُ بالتَّعَلُّمِ والْفِقْهُ بالتَّفَقُّهِ »
