Ordering the Lawful and Forbidding the Unlawful
Allâh ta`âlâ said in the Qur'ân: which means: « You are the best of the nations to come forth to the people, ordering the lawful and forbidding the unlawful. » [Surat Al `Imran, Ayah 110]. Islam is a condition of acceptance of good deeds
To have a good belief is a condition for the acceptance of good works. So without the good belief of Islam, there is no reward in the hereafter. The Essentials Of Islamic Belief

The Two Testifications Shahadahs
Professing the Two Shahadahs: In regards to the blasphemer who wants to embrace Islam, the belief is not accepted without one uttering the Two Testifications (Shahadahs).
